Why I Do This Work
I'm Alex Joll. I've spent more than twenty years building, funding, and growing businesses across hospitality, restaurants, food manufacturing, new home construction, holiday parks, luxury yachting, and tourism. Both B2B and B2C.
What I noticed across all of it was the same pattern. The person running the business knew their trade cold but had lost visibility on the bigger picture. They were too close to it, too deep in the day-to-day to see what was sitting right in front of them.
I built the Outside Eye Method around that observation. And alongside it, I coach founders and leaders on the communication skills that decide whether you're heard in the room — because a good plan only matters if you can sell it, lead it, and stand behind it.
